Quirk: Matter Manipulation
Matter Manipulation allows it's user to reconstruct molecules of matter. The bigger the item is the longer it takes and the more strain it puts on the user, but it's wielder could easily manipulate small items into existence with ease, so long as they have seen and understand the item they are creating. One could not manipulate a gun into existence, they would need to make each part individually and then construct it, in order for it to actually function.
